After you purchase your first container from us, you can use our swap bottle/refill or bottle-back program!

What are these programs and how do they work? Find out below!

Swap Bottle/Refill

Swap Bottle/Refill is an option for local delivery when you want to swap out a bottle that you have previously bought from us for the same product or a different product in the same container. For example, if you bought an 8oz amber glass bottle of hand soap, you can do a bottle swap for any of our products that come in an 8oz amber glass bottle.

When purchasing a bottle swap, you only pay for the refill and do not have to pay for the container again!

How to:

1. When Ordering, Choose "Swap Bottle/Refill". Make sure the bottle you selected is the same bottle size and material as your current bottle.

2. Make sure your current bottle is empty, clean, and dry. Keep the label on your bottle.

3. Place your bottle outside on your porch before 10 am on the delivery day that you received! You will be texted your delivery day on Wednesday. Delivery days are Thursday and Friday of every week.

4. You will get a picture and message when your order is delivered! Enjoy your new bottle of product!

Important Reminders!

1. This option is for Local Delivery Only! If you select this option and choose shipping, your order will not be completed!

2. If you do not place out your bottle on the day of your delivery, You will not be refunded the local delivery cost!

Bottle Back

Our bottle back program is currently available for local delivery and if you visit us at one of our pop-ups! We are working on making this program possible for shipping as well. This option lets you return bottles you no longer want to use for store credit! (Perfect for sample sizes!)

How to:

Local Delivery

1. When you order, add the bottle return product to your cart. Ensure that you choose the correct size and bottle material for the bottle that you would like to return.

2. Make sure the bottles you are returning are empty, clean, and dry. Keep the labels on your bottles.

3. Place your bottle outside on your porch before 10 am on the pick-up day that you received! You will be texted your pick-up day on Wednesday. Pick-up days are Thursday and Friday of every week.

4. After your bottle/bottles have been picked up, you will receive a text letting you know that they have been picked up and letting you know again when your credit has been added to your customer account. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT!

Pop-ups

1. Make sure the bottles you are returning are empty, clean, and dry. Keep the labels on your bottles.

2. Bring your bottle/bottles to one of our pop-ups and we will give you credit off your order at our pop-up or add it to your customer account!
